Shipping Costs and Methods

When you place an order with pipettebaby.com we'll email you an order confirmation, where you'll be given a link to track the progress of your shipment. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to reach us at email@example.com with your order number in the subject of your email.
Once you place your order, please allow approximately 1-2 business day for processing. Orders placed after 11am PT will begin processing the following business day.
Orders containing hand sanitizer may take longer to ship due to the high volume of orders and our COVID-19 safety restrictions. Please check the message at checkout and your order confirmation for ship timelines.
Business Days and Holidays
Our warehouse ships Monday through Friday and is closed for United States federal holidays. If you place your order on a holiday or weekend, we will begin processing your order on the following business day.
Canceling an Order
When you place an order on pipettebaby.com, we begin processing the order immediately to make sure you get your delivery as speedily as possible. Unfortunately, we're unable to cancel or change an order once it's been submitted.
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We're working hard to bring Pipette to additional countries in the near future.
