United StatesI gave it 4 stars because the product is amazing and is the only thing that my 1yr old can use because of his eczema and I have spent tons of money trying to find a good brand for him until I find this which actually works! But this is my first time buying the jumbo bottle and the nozzle came broken off the pump in the box when I opened it and before when I would buy the regular sized ones sometimes the pump doesn’t even work at all and just won’t pump no matter how hard I tried and even my husband tried.. other then sometimes the pump comes broken the product it self is WONDERFUL!
