We have been using Pipette diaper rash cream since 2022 and I with my newest baby, I was initially using the OG wider tube that we had from their sibling (early 2025, purchased in 2024). I needed a restock and waited months and when the Diaper Tash cream arrived, it was in a newer skinnier tube. The formula was majorly separated and after my husband and I both attempting to shake it to recombine the ingredients (per customer service recommendation) it wouldn’t come back together. It was a clear oil with clumps of zinc. Customer service sent us a replacement and this one arrived the same way, but after vigorous shaking, it came together a bit more. However, this new formula is extremely irritating on my baby’s skin. All of my children have had delicate sensitive skin, which is why I exclusively used Pipette. But this new formula is not working. I put some on the back of my hand and it even made my own skin feel uncomfortable and have a slight burning sensation. Distribution of the diaper rash cream needs to be discontinued until formulation issues can be resolved in my opinion. Especially after reading other recent reviews, I can see this is becoming a common experience. I am just so disappointed because I was ride or die for the original diaper rash cream. My poor happy-go-lucky baby has done nothing but scream anytime we have attempted to use this on them.
