Our baby-friendly sunscreen uses 100% mineral, non-nano zinc oxide for broad-spectrum UVA/UVB protection that works for the whole family. This lightweight, fast-absorbing, non-sticky formula rubs in easily (no ghostly white cast—seriously!), protecting from the sun’s harmful rays. Plant extracts also moisturize and calm the effects of infrared—the type of light that causes skin to heat up—to keep baby’s skin comfortable. And because our sunscreen goes on sheer and is made with non-comedogenic ingredients (i.e., they won’t clog pores), moms love it for themselves, too.

Mineral Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 50

Clean ingredients you can trust

Safely protects from the sun

Instead of risky chemical UV absorbers like oxybenzone and octinoxate (ingredients that can damage reefs and marine life), we use reef-friendly, non-nano zinc oxide to provide broad-spectrum protection. Not only that, we obsessively tested it to make sure it actually rubs in and disappears on skin (for real!).

Cools and calms

Wild gooseberry extract helps calm the effects of infrared light, which can heat and irritate baby’s delicate skin—while plant-derived antioxidant bisabolol calms irritation and moisturizes.

Replenishes what they’re born with

Squalene is a skin-moisturizing superhero all babies are born with, but it depletes over time. Our stable version, renewable, sugarcane-derived squalane, helps sunscreen glide on, adding weightless moisture to help bring natural balance to the skin.

Sun Protection Measures

Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging.  To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a broad-spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and take other sun protection measures, including:

- limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
- wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses
- reapply at least every 2 hours
- use a water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating

One of the best

I am pregnant and have really dry skin, so this sunscreen is perfect at the moment. It’s not the greasiest sunscreen out there, but it’s also far from matte. If you’re expecting that from a SPF 50 non-nano zinc oxide sunscreen, good luck finding one. Honestly, this sits pretty comfortably on my dry skin. It comes with a very minimal cast (I have a fair to light skin tone) that is a bit shiny, but to deal with that on my face, I just brush some lightly tinted powder over the areas I don’t want to be “dewy.” Definitely one of the best mineral sunscreens out there. You guys should come out with a tinted version to minimize white cast for people with deeper skin tones!

Great Sunscreen

I have been using a couple of weeks now. I like how it doesn't leave with a white cast.

No purplish cast!

I’m south Asian and have a medium-tan skin tone. I prefer mineral sunscreen over chemical as it’s gentle around the eyes. I managed to get this on a good deal and you get 100ml+ so couldn’t resist! At first, I was sceptical of the claims of no cast, especially with so much zinc oxide. So to really test it out, I layered on a thick amount on my face and lightly massaged it in. After a couple of minutes, the slight grey hue disappeared! It hasn’t irritated my sensitive skin and don’t believe it’s caused any clogged pores. The only thing I will say is that it leaves you looking slightly greasy, so it’s better for dry and normal skin. I don’t mind the dewy look, and because it’s winter, happy to have this as my sunscreen!

Sunscreen

Really good ingredients and quality, but leaves a horrible white cast! Which definitely is not what was said in the description.

Great sunscreen

This left pretty much no whitecast! Very creamy and moisturizing formula. Hard to find in a mineral sunscreen.
