How do I create an account to start shopping?

You can create an account by clicking on the account icon or sign in link. You can also create an account at the beginning checkout process.

I'm having trouble logging into my account, what can I do?

If you're having trouble logging into your account, you can contact Customer Care or you may want to reset your password. Click the account icon or sign in link and select "Forgot Password". 

How can I make changes to the details on my account?

You can make changes to your account by simply logging into your account and updating your contact information.

I've forgotten the account password, how do I reset it?

It's easy to reset your password, simply click the account icon or Sign in link, choose Reset Password, and you'll receive an email to reset it.


How do I add a promo code?

You can enter a promo code in the discount code field on the checkout page. Please note, only one promo code is allowed per order.

What are your shipping options?

We offer standard ground shipping within the contiguous US. We also offer Free Shipping on orders over $35. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Learn More

Why does the hand sanitizer have restricted shipping?

Restricted Hazardous Items include alcohol-based products (e.g. Hand Sanitizer), and are restricted from air-transport due to U.S. Department of Transportation regulations and must be shipped standard ground shipping only. Pipette cannot ship DOT-restricted items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or military addresses.

How long will my order take to process?

Once you place your order, please allow approximately 2-3 business day for fulfillment. Expected delivery within 4-7 business days after fulfillment confirmation. Expedited orders must be placed by 10am PT to ship the same day, and will be delivered in 2 business days after fulfillment confirmation. No Saturday Delivery.

Can I cancel my order with you after I've placed it?

When you place an order on, we begin processing the order immediately to make sure you get your delivery as speedily as possible. Unfortunately, we're unable to cancel or change an order once it's submitted.

Payment & Gifts

What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and Diner's Club. When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. All purchases require bank authorization prior to shipping. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped. Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid using abbreviations (unless that is how it appears on your statement). We also offer Paypal and Amazon Pay.

How can I send my order as a gift?

If you want to send something to someone as a gift then you can use their address as the shipping address for your order.

Return Policy

How do I return my Pipette order?

Our Happiness Guarantee offers you 30 days to notify us if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Please note: Customers may only receive one refund per month. Refunds are not applicable to store credit purchases.

How do I exchange a product?

We don't offer exchanges, but we do offer refunds and store credits for the first 30 days after purchase. Contact Customer Care or click here to learn more.

What do I do if I receive a damaged item in my order?

If you receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer Care team at to request a replacement order or a refund.

How long does the return process take?

If you choose to get a refund, you will be responsible for shipping your product back to us. Please allow 2 weeks to process your return. A credit will appear on your statement within 14 business days, depending on your financial institution.


My order hasn't arrived, could you tell me where it is?

When you place an order with we'll email you an order confirmation, where you'll be given a link to track the progress of your shipment. If you have any questions about your order, contact us at: with your order number in the subject of your email.

What happens to my order if I'm not at home when it arrives?

Our packages don't require signatures, therefore they will be delivered to your door. If for some reason your order is returned to us by the carrier, you will be allowed one re-shipment.


Can you notify me when items are available?

Yes, it's easy to get notified when a new or out of stock item is available. Simply enter your email in the Notify Me popup. You'll be added to a waitlist, and the first to know when the item is available.

What is "clean" baby care?

What is squalane and why is it good for your skin?

Squalane is one of the best skin-replenishers around, and it’s at the heart of all our formulas for both baby and mom. And best of all, squalane is something babies’ skin already knows and loves. Learn More

How is squalane different than other plant oils?

Since our squalane is a very stable and effective form of squalene (naturally found in baby’s skin and in the vernix), the skin knows how to use it to fortify the moisture barrier.

How do you ensure your products are safe for my baby and me?

Each and every Pipette product is hypoallergenic and clinically tested for safety and efficacy, dermatologist tested, and pediatrician approved. And we have banned over 2000 potentially harmful ingredients that we’ll never use in any of our clean formulas.

What is the best age range to use the products?

Pipette can be enjoyed by all ages!

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?

All of our products are clinically tested for safety and the ingredients reviewed with moms and moms to be in mind, though we always recommend consulting your doctor before using any skincare products while pregnant or breastfeeding.


Are your products tested on animals?

No, all of our products are vegan and Leaping Bunny certified cruelty-free.

Are your products organic?

Our products are not certified organic, rather, we choose ingredients that have been proven safe for consumers and the environment. We look at the ingredients we use holistically, making sure to choose those that are sustainable and not from endangered sources or deplete the planet, and we always make sure that they aren’t on our blacklist.  

Are your products gluten free?

Although our products have not been formulated using any gluten-based ingredients, they may have been processed at a facility that manufactures products containing gluten.


EWG Verified™ is a program through the Environmental Working Group (EWG), a watchdog organization that reviews products for safety and toxicity. To become verified, a product must go through a rigorous process. All Pipette products are EWG verified and meet the organization’s strict, nontoxic guidelines. 

Is your packaging recyclable?

All of our bottles, jars, caps and closures are recyclable. Tubes, given their multi-layer design, are not recyclable, but ours are made of bio-based sugarcane and leave a much lighter carbon footprint compared to traditional petroleum-based plastics.
